SHIPPING POLICY

Currently all orders come with FREE Shipping. All At-Home WaistBuster Kits are shipped out by FEDEX Ground with tracking and direct signature required Monday through Friday to the 48 contiguous US states only.  All other product orders are shipped out by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail with tracking Monday through Friday to all 50 US states. Typical delivery times after ordering are 5-7 business days. Please check the tracking information you received by email to track your orders delivery status. 

Missed FEDEX Delivery

If you missed the delivery of your At-Home WaistBuster kit, they will leave a notice at the address of your requested delivery. If you do not respond to the notice appropriately and/or coordinate how to sign for your At-Home WaistBuster kit according to the rules on the notice by FEDEX, then FEDEX will return the At-Home WaistBuster Kit to us and you will responsible to pay the additional shipping and handling fees associated with shipping out your At-Home WaistBuster Kit again. 

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or help you replace your item or file a claim. Refunds only apply to regularly priced items, we cannot offer refunds on discounted or sale items or items purchased through 3rd party vendors or affiliates (i.e. groupon, amazon, ect.).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Products older than 30 days since purchase
Discounted items, Sale items or 3rd Party Vendor or Affiliate purchased items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@waistbuster.net.

Discounted, Discount or Affiliate Code Items or Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges or Replacement of Items (if applicable)
We only help replace items if they are defective, damaged or lost (by shipping carrier) by helping you file a claim with the shipping carrier service company. Send us an email at support@waistbuster.com with pictures of the damaged or defective product(s) (if applicable) and we will help you start the claim process. Also send your damaged or defective item to our fulfillment, repair and logistics company (if possible) to: PRS LLC 1333 Burr Ridge Parkway STE 200 Burr Ridge Illinois 60527.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product and a print out of proof of purchase to our fulfillment, repair and logistics company : PRS LLC 1333 Burr Ridge Parkway STE 200 Burr Ridge Illinois 60527.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for any loss or damage.
